Return and Cancellation Policy
Not satisfied with your order?
We would love to hear your feedback and how we can improve.
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, or you may send us a clear photo showing that the product is defective. Once the photo has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, we will proceed accordingly. In many cases, issues can be resolved without requiring a return.
Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days after we receive the returned item or after a defect has been confirmed via photo by our support team.
Important Notice
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products and items purchased during sales or promotional discounts are non-returnable.
Returns by Mail
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request:

an exchange (size or color), or

a refund (if the item was delivered to a nearby parcel center)

As we operate multiple distribution centers, the correct return location depends on the reason for the return.

Note: Our headquarters are located in United Kingdom. Returned items must be sent to our supplier or fulfillment partner located in Asia.
Shipping the Return
Take the package to your nearest parcel center (post office or shipping store) and send it back using a traceable shipping method.
Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse:

Exchanges (size/color) will be processed as soon as possible, or

A refund will be issued accordingly
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund without any conditions.
If more than 24 hours have passed, the item must be returned to us once it has been delivered.
